We guarantee our stock to be well established, healthy, true to name, and
properly packed for shipping. We will gladly replace material or refund the
purchase price on claims made within 30 days of your receipt of material.

the carrier. Claims for delays or damage due to the carrier must be made

Some of the plant material listed on our site may not be sufficiently
established to allow immediate shipment. We import some of our older stock and
it arrives bare-root. Bare-root stock typically takes 2-3 months to recover. In
this case you will be advised that your tree is being held until it is
established and we will give you a probable date of shipment.
We ship within the contiguous United States.
Orders ship FedEx Ground in our proprietary carton-in-carton shipping box to ensure safe delivery. The shipping charge for orders over $50 is 15% of product total. For product orders less than $50, add $9 for delivery. Please call for alternate shipping method quotes.
Deliveries to West Coast addresses ship Mondays and arrive in 4-6 business days. Orders sent to the rest of the country, ship the following business day and arrive in 1-4 business days.
We ship year-round. During extremely cold or hot weather, we advise that some
shipments be delayed or shipped Federal Express 3-day Air, instead of our usual
FedEx Ground shipping service. This is necessary for some sensitive plant
MS residents add 7% sales tax.
