Excellent shipping and packaging of a delicate item. Camilia was ordered for a gift and when I read a review from Early December saying theirs arrive full of blossoms and buds, I had high expectations. Mine came with 1 bud which showed a hint of color and 2 tight buds. So that was a bit disappointing, however the size was quite large, larger than I expected. Pot was green instead of the cobalt blue shown in the pictures which actually will work nicely. Overall, I think the Bonsai will be enjoyed and I would consider buying from again when in need of something special.

Blooming camellia
Everything was perfect! My camellia arrived quickly and was very well packaged. It was healthy and full of both blossoms and buds. I am very happy.

Camellia
It arrived within a week in excellent shape as all of my bonsai have over the years. Brussels people are excellent packers. The plant was as described and is very healthy looking with plenty of buds as advertised. I continue to be very pleased with the bonsai that I purchase from Brussels Bonsai.

When I received my order the pot was damaged so I sent a email explaining the issue along with pictures and received a response in a timely manner..... BRUSSELS BONSAI sent me a replacement pot with no hassle.... VERY MUCH APPRECIATED AND SATISFIED.

Exceeds Expectations
Gorgeous bonsai specimen! Promptly shipped faster than I expected, and the bonsai itself was carefully packed and in excellent condition. The winter camellia had two blooms already there, and after acclimating it to my yard, it has now continued to bloom, providing much needed color to my garden during this time of year. It was also larger than I expected for the price. All reasons why I am a repeat customer. Highly recommend Brussel's and this camellia in particular.
