We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Orders received by 2:00pm (CST) Monday - Friday will ship the same day.
We offer the following shipping options:

FedEx Ground

  • Free Shipping on orders $49 and above
  • Orders under $49 ship for only $7.95
  • Deliveries to West Coast addresses (West of the Rocky Mountains) will arrive in 4-6 business days (see map below)
  • Orders sent to the rest of the country will arrive in 1-4 business days (see map below)

FedEx Express Saver (Guaranteed 3-Day Delivery)

  • Standard FedEx rate
  • Calculated at checkout

FedEx Standard Overnight (Guaranteed Next Business Day by 3pm)

  • Standard FedEx rate
  • Calculated at checkout

Will weather affect the shipment of my order?

We ship year-round. When temperatures are below freezing, we use heat packs to ensure tropical product arrives safely. In rare instances of extreme cold, we may advise that some shipments be delayed or shipped Federal Express Saver, instead of our usual FedEx Ground shipping service. This is necessary for some sensitive plant material. In these rare instances, we will contact you directly to make arrangements.


RETURNS

For Shipping/Delivery Errors, Missing Items, Damage Due to Shipping/Delivery

We take great pride in our quality and preparation for the shipping process. In the event your tree or products are damaged during transit or you feel that quality is an issue, please contact us within 5 days of arrival at orders@brusselsbonsai.com. We will be happy to assist and guide you through our simple claim process. Our support team will respond to your request within 1-2 business days and offer a resolution or request additional information. For All Other Return Requests

We will gladly replace product or refund the purchase price on claims made within 30 days of your receipt. If there is a problem with your order, email us at orders@brusselsbonsai.com.
