2nd review
I had received an email and in 'good faith' left a previous review. I received the email as quoted below. When I went to place an order on another tree I was told they would still bill me $6 shipping on a DT0918LSF Dwarf Grewia "Star of David" $32, single tree. I told them I would pass since I can get unlimited shipping for $8 from other vendors. I would have revised my previous review, or deleted it, if the system would let me. I am very disappointed after trying to place the order. The entire conversation can be seen below.
"I was sent a jade tree that froze. I was then sent a replacement recently which arrived in good condition, but it is half the size as the original. I had intentionally selected an order with the larger jade tree for my office.
While I am thrilled you tried to make it right I am not satisfied with the way this all worked out. I am willing to accept the smaller tree I but I am hoping for free shipping or something similar on a future order to compensate for the variance in product.
I'm does not seem fair to me request a 2nd replacement tree."
