Your bonsai tree has been grown in a state-of-the-art greenhouse under precisely controlled conditions to achieve optimum health. Your order will be carefully wrapped in a custom designed shipping carton and delivered with detailed care instructions. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your tree or with our service, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will correct the situation to your satisfaction.

Very disappointed when I got first package as it was not packed properly with the plastic wrap holding pot in place so pot was broken into many pieces. I immediately called and spoke with a very nice lady who immediately sent me a new one that arrived in perfect condition and I love it!!! Thank you!!
It was packed very securely. When I took it out It was very sparse. It was green, but it had some black spots on some of the leaves, the dirt was nice and moist. It’s a very beautiful plant. The other leaves were nice and green. I expected more for the price I I am following the directions on the tag, they are continuing to fall off daily and the black spots persist. I have I feel cheated. I love plants. I have many I was trying to add to my collection.
