Beautiful full healthy bonsai. I paid for this in November, and since it was winter in NY I was given the choice to get a refund or the company will send me the plant in March. Glad I decided to have the plant sent in March. I dealt with Keyla Perez who answered my emails. I give this company a top rating for the bonsai and customer service.
Ordered on a Monday, tree showed up on my front porch in perfect condition two days later. Tree looks almost exactly like the one on the website, 10/10 recommend.
