DWARF MUGO PINE

In the first month, the mugo pine looks good under the patio. The summer began, and the sun rose from the southeast to the west. Around mid-morning, no sun shines on the plant under the patio. I noticed the pine needles were a bit dry. I watered and sprayed water mist. No help. I checked here for "care"; unfortunately, the website doesn't explain how to take care of it or provide advice. How often should I water the plant? Does it need fertilizer? I gave it four stars.
