The 'Kazan' azalea bonsai is the most compact and slowest growing of all the satsuki azaleas. It has dark glossy green leaves that complement the bright pink blooms. This bonsai requires almost no trimming to maintain its size and shape. Blooms May - June. Always protect blooms from freezing. Thrives outdoors above 20 degrees with protection; see Bonsai Care.
