We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Orders received by 1:00pm (CST) Monday - Friday will ship the same day and your tracking number will arrive via email using our automated system by the end of the day.

- Orders under $49 ship for only $11.95
- Deliveries to West Coast addresses (West of the Rocky Mountains) will arrive in 4-6 business days (see map below)
- Orders sent to the rest of the country will arrive in 1-4 business days (see map below)

Will weather affect the shipment of my order?
We ship year-round although temperatures during transit may affect the tree’s health upon arrival.
INDOOR BONSAI FALL/ WINTER TRAVEL
Indoor bonsai trees travel best when night temperatures are above 50 degrees. Cold damage is more common when temperatures are below 50 degrees during the fall and winter months. Also when near any major holiday in the fall and winter (Christmas or Valentine’s Day) travel time can increases up to 5 days when using the above Fedex map as your travel guide. Delayed transit can also cause the tree to not arrive in its best condition. Please call 1-800-582-2593 or email orders@brusselsbonsai.com for guidance during this time of the year.
When temperatures are near or below freezing, tropical product can arrive with cold damage. In rare instances of extreme cold and during the holiday season, we advise that some shipments can be delayed until temperatures during transit are optimal for the best arrival. You may also select Federal Express Saver or Federal Express Overnight shipping, instead of our usual FedEx Ground shipping service for faster receipt. In extreme instances, we will contact you by phone and/or via email directly to make arrangements for tropical plants, that may need to be delayed for more than two days.

We take great pride in our quality and preparation for the shipping process. In the event your tree or products arrive based on any of the above listed please contact us within 5 days of arrival at orders@brusselsbonsai.com. We will be happy to assist and guide you through our simple claim process. If there is an issue with the quality of the tree(s) received, please contact us at 800-582-2593 or at treecare@brusselsbonsai.com to speak to a care specialist. Replacement in such instances will be determined by a Brussel’s staff member. Our support team will respond to your request within 1-2 business days and offer a resolution or request additional information.
