The base of each tree is wrapped in plastic to retain moisture and to prevent any topsoil from spilling during shipment. Trees are wired to the pot, placed inside a double-walled carton for protection and secured with proprietary packing systems to keep them from shifting during transit.

This course was beneficial to me in that I've had several bonsai trees over the years and have managed to kill them all. I received two for Christmas in 2022 and bought 4 others in the spring of 2023, all from Brussel's Bonsai. This beginner's course helped me understand the basics of keeping a tree alive as well as repotting, cutting, and wiring it.
I knew most of the information from self study, but still learned several valuable tips that made the course worthwhile. Will be getting the next level course and look forward to learning more.
