The base of each tree is wrapped in plastic to retain moisture and to prevent any topsoil from spilling during shipment. Trees are wired to the pot, placed inside a double-walled carton for protection and secured with proprietary packing systems to keep them from shifting during transit.

Fukien Tea Bonsai Complete set
It arrived on time and very well packaged. I got the “complete set” with the book, the tray and the fertilizer. I’m glad to have the fertilizer and the tray. The book is cute with cool photos of bonsai, but not as helpful as the instruction pamphlet that comes with the plant. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because the bonsai was not at all shaped like the photo. It was just straight and it just looks like a plant. For the price I paid, I wish it had been actually shaped like a bonsai.
