Description

This 12" Handmade Round Fluted measures 12.2" long x 12.2" wide x 6.4" deep. This bonsai pot is made from high quality white clay and has a Blue glaze. Handmade pots have a "chop" on the bottom that identifies the individual potter.

Spring is the best time to repot. Repot young trees (up to 10 years) every other year. Repot older trees every 3-4 years. In the tropics it can be done at any time if given proper after care. Always allow the soil to become dry before repotting and do not water it until new growth appears. Keep it in a semi-shaded location until new growth begins, then place it in its normal location. Good drainage is most important.

BONSAI POT DIMENSIONS

I've been involved with bonsai for over 30 years,was a long time member of a local bonsai club here in Sarasota for many years and actually purchased one of my first bonsai's from Brussels....
Recently purchased a bonsai pot on line from Brussels however after first being advised by e-mail,that the listed pot dimensions on line are "Inner" measurments...I asked specifically before submitting order...Whan I received the pot,I was pleased with the careful packaging but very dissapointed with the pot dimensions,as they turned out to be Outer,not Inner and now I am stuck with this huge paper weight,as I already tossed the delivery box and I am not going to hassle with attempting to repackage and ship back,on my dime....It's not right....I had called to report what had happened and the person I spoke said yeah you can return it but with seemed indifferent and didn't offer an apology....
Won't be purchasing from Brussel's in the future....Nice looking paper weight though....
